One Lucky Duck

I feel like one lucky duck to be able to announce that my very first book releases in one month!!

You guys.

I’m SO stoked to be able to finally share these words with you. This last year has been heck for a lot of us, in a lot of different ways. I wrote the words in this book well over a year ago, but I think they still apply today.

Here. Now. Today.

Anxiety isn’t going away anytime soon. I strongly believe that our ability to manage complex emotions is one of the most important life-skills, and we don’t have to fall prey to our tangled emotions any longer.

I would just be so giddy if you would consider pre-ordering my new book ‘Dear Anxiety, Let’s Break Up: 40 Devotions to Conquer Worry and Fear’ from Amazon, Wal-Mart, Barnes & Noble, or wherever you buy books ✨ thank you friend! Amazon link is below.

{This book does indeed have a spiritual take on coping with anxiety. I understand if spirituality isn’t your jam.} 💙

{In case you didn’t know, pre-orders are HUGE in the publishing world. They help booksellers gauge demand and spread the word 🎉}

I am 1 in 5.

I am 1 in 5.

The stats are this: 1 in 5 people struggle with a mental health issue. (And these are just the cases we know of! If you ask me, I think the numbers are actually higher, because not everyone feels the freedom to admit their struggles out loud).

For those who struggle, please hear me: You are not broken. You are not crazy. You are not doomed to wander forever, restless and heavy. You are not beyond hope.

On #WorldMentalHealthDay I am sending good vibes to anyone who struggles (like I do) with chronic anxiety, or any other mental health diagnosis.

There is hope for you.
There is hope for me.
There is hope for all of us.

Cheers to all of you in the battle.
