We are living in unprecedented times, friend. How are you holding up?

I know there is a LOT of anxiety floating around because of the whole you-know-what. I am really encouraged though by the ways I see people caring for others. I see patience, concern and kindness everywhere. I see people showing up for each other. 

Which is how it should be, because we are waves from the same sea.

This is how I manage my own anxiety: by checking my input, learning how to self-talk, learning how to self-care, interrupting anxiety with gratitude, interrupting anxiety with history, and re-framing anxiety. 

These tips are helpful ALL THE TIME, not just for the dreaded COVID-19.

Big announcement

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT. 

As a pastor’s wife, anxiety sufferer, and mental health professional, I’ve been living at the intersection of faith and mental health for the past 6 years. 💙 I decided a while ago I want to do everything I can to help others who are in the middle of something I have survived. ✨✨
